01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Jili51 platform, including all games, betting markets, account features, and related services accessible at jili51.vu. By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

Jili51 is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players based in the Philippines. The platform is intended purely for entertainment purposes. Gaming involves financial risk, and outcomes are never guaranteed. Jili51 does not promise or imply any expectation of profit.

02 Eligibility and Registration

• You are not registering on behalf of another person.

Jili51 reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and location at any point. This may include a valid government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.

03 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on Jili51. If multiple accounts are detected under the same individual — whether through matching personal details, device fingerprinting, IP address, or payment method — all associated accounts may be suspended and balances voided.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. This includes choosing a strong, unique password and enabling available security features such as OTP-based two-factor authentication. Do not share your account details with anyone.

• Notify Jili51 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Jili51 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• Any bets placed or transactions made while you are logged in are considered authorized unless you report a breach promptly.
• Account names must match the verified identity on file. Transfers between accounts or use of another person's account are prohibited.

Jili51 may close or suspend an account at its discretion if it determines that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Jili51 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include local bank transfers and Philippine e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. Cryptocurrency and credit card deposits for wagering purposes are not accepted on this platform.

• Deposits are credited to your account after payment confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC may experience delays or restrictions on withdrawals.
• Jili51 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and the completeness of your account verification.
• Jili51 reserves the right to conduct additional checks before approving any withdrawal request.

Funds deposited into your Jili51 account are for gaming and betting use only. Jili51 does not pay interest on account balances. Dormant accounts — those with no activity for an extended period — may be subject to account review per our internal policies.

05 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on Jili51 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are available within each game interface and on the relevant product pages. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept those rules.

• Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified unless the platform explicitly provides that option for a specific market.
• Jili51 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on an error in odds, a technical fault, or any other platform malfunction.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or betting market, Jili51's records shall be considered final unless a verifiable error is demonstrated.

• Live casino game outcomes are governed by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems where applicable.
• eBingo and fish game results are determined by the respective game engines and cannot be influenced by Jili51 staff or external parties.

Jili51 monitors betting activity for signs of match-fixing, collusion, or the use of automated betting software. Any account found engaging in such activities will be permanently suspended and funds may be withheld pending investigation.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Jili51 may offer bonuses, promotions, cashback, or other incentives from time to time. Each promotion will have its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering conditions, and expiry rules. These will be published alongside the relevant promotion.

• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software exploits, bugs, or unauthorized tools.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using funds sourced from illegal activity to deposit on the platform.
• Engaging in any activity that could damage the reputation, systems, or operation of Jili51.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Jili51 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's end, including mobile data or internet outages.
• Jili51 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any malfunction that affects a game outcome will result in the bet being voided and the wager returned, not in any additional compensation.
